The Making of a
Student- Athlete: Your key to successful athletic recruiting.

Ball with Boutin -
March 8, 2005

Bob talks about his day with Manny Ramirez at Frozen Ropes in NY. Manny was in town to work on the Frozen Ropes visual mechanics program.  Bob talks about how committed to vision training Manny is, and how much bat speed he generates with so little effort.
Bob also goes into detail about how vision can help slow the game down for hitter and enable them to find their "zone" of peak performance better. The better a player can see the ball the more relaxed they are, thus avoiding the "muscle up" problems that often happen when facing better pitchers.

This interview is about 5 1/2 minutes long and is an MP3 File Format. It will launch a new window.
